Born Rotterdam, The Netherlands 17th January 1927.

Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 16th December 2025, aged 98 years.

 

Dearly loved and loving husband of Mayanne, much loved father and

father-in-law of Joanne and Ian, Lucy and Michael, Julianne, and Dianne.

Adored “Tom” to Lara, Hayley, Alana, Aidan, Cameron, Matthew,

Isobel, Joshua and Benjamin.

Loving Great “Opa” to Alice, William and Margot.

Relatives and friends of Thomas are invited to attend a celebration of his life,

9am Tuesday 23rd December, Norwood Park Crematorium, Mitchell, ACT.

Thomas will be interred at the Barmedman Cemetery on

Friday 16th January at 10am.

 

For those who can’t attend in person, Thomas’ family invite you to

view the service via livestream, which can be accessed on the

Norwood Park website or the link below.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the

Following Dianne’s passing Thomas, Mark, family and friends worked together

restoring a property owned by St Vincent’s Hospital in her memory.

AHLTA House is a home away from home for

country transplant patients and their families.

 

Our grateful thanks to the many people who cared for Tom.

Juna, Andrea and the incredible staff at Aeralife Queanbeyan and

Dr Mohan Mirpuri from The GP Super Clinic.
